One admin consent per customer tenant. Restorable discovers every mailbox, OneDrive and SharePoint library and shows sizes before anything is backed up.

Choose what to protect

Nothing is protected by default. Tick the users that matter; sizing tells you what you are taking on and what it will cost.

Bring your own bucket

Backups go to your S3-compatible storage: Wasabi, Backblaze B2, AWS or your own MinIO. We never hold your customers' data.

Encrypted before it leaves

Every object is encrypted with keys only you can unlock. A recovery kit and an offline command-line tool mean you can restore without Restorable at all.

Restore from the console

Search across every tenant by subject, sender, file name or date. Restore to the original place, to a dated folder, or download as .eml or a zip.

Pricing

Per protected user per month, set by how often the client's policy runs. One year of retention is included; unlimited retention is an add-on per user. Storage is your own bucket and is never billed. Your first tenant's first two users are free. Charged monthly on the day you registered, by card or UK Direct Debit, with the amount emailed to you three days before.
